Robert Dunlop Harris
Robert Dunlop Harris is the founder of the firm previously known as Robert Dunlop Harris Architects. Since 1998, he has acted as a consultant to the firm and brings his 50+years of building knowledge and construction experience to the firm on an as needed basis.
His expertise includes antiquated building systems and components as well as programming, budgeting and master planning.
Patricia Bailey
Patricia Bailey has been the principal of Bailey & Harris Architects, since 1998. A full service NYS WBE Architecture firm founded in 1968 in East Aurora, NY. The firm has completed many light commercial and residential projects throughout Western New York and Pennsylvania. She is registered in NY & PA, and is an active member of the AIA. The firm has a focus on energy efficient, sustainable design w/ LEED AP on staff and a specialty division; B&H Homes, that offers personal and creative design services for new homes large and small, garages and cottages, interiors, period home additions, reinventions, remodels and restorations as well as an expertise in traditional building styles and methods such as timberframe.
Andrea Chudy
Andrea Chudy has a Masters of Architecture degree from UB and has been an associate consultant to the firm since 2004. She is a member of NCARB working toward completion of IDP requirements to become a registered architect. She is involved in all facets of a project from conception to construction. Her responsibilities include collecting field data, product research, code research, design, preparing written specifications and producing cad and presentation drawings.
Brent deRiszner
Brent deRiszner has been an associate consultant to the firm since 2006. He has completed 3 years of an Architecture Masters program and has a Bachelors degree. He is also involved in all facets of a project from conception to construction. His responsibilities include collecting field data, product research, code research, preparing written specifications and producing cad and presentation drawings.
Robert D Moynihan
Robert D Moynihan has been an associate consultant to the firm since 2007. He is LEED AP Certified and is in the process of completing IDP requirements for Architecture licensure, in addition to his license to practice general dentistry. He has a Masters of Architecture degree and is responsible for code research and analysis as well as Building Science data collection and implementation. He is responsible for cad production drawings and specifications.
